This Week 1 matchup is one for the history books. The NFL is going international, and what better way to kick it off than with a game between two of the AFC West’s biggest names? Kansas City, fresh from a 15–2 season and a tough Super Bowl loss, heads to São Paulo’s Neo Química Arena

On the opposite sideline, the Chargers, an 11–6 team in Jim Harbaugh’s first year, are chasing  respect.

What is going to set  the Chiefs apart is consistency. They’ve stayed unbeaten internationally with wins in London, Mexico, and Germany. They’ve owned this divisional rivalry, winning seven in a row and nine of the last ten meetings. But don’t be fooled.. eight of those came down to the final minute, tight, tense games, where Chiefs pulled ahead late. Mahomes holds a 7–1 record against Herbert, so the edge is there for the Chargers but That’s the challenge they haven’t yet overcome.
